Volunteer position openings vary throughout the year and whether you are interested in making a weekly commitment or working on a short-term project, we have a number of positions from which to choose. At any given time, our library locations may be looking for volunteers in the following categories:
Events Volunteer: Assist library staff with set up and break down for events and preparing materials. Volunteers must assist with at least two events per month to remain active.
Projects volunteer: Help with behind-the-scenes library projects such as preparing materials for programs and assisting with book repairs. Volunteers must work at least two hours per week to remain active.
Applicants must be at least 14 years of age.
Applicants ages 18 and older are required to complete a consent to a background check.
